Customer Svc/Tech Special

Leeds is seeking a full time experienced Customers Service/Technical Specialist. As a small manufacturing company, this new hire would be involved in several areas of the business, with opportunity for growth.
Primary job duties:
• Customer service; troubleshoot customer issues with sales/support staff
• Set-up of new computers and installation and testing of various software
• Handling IT issues with systems
• Overseeing Demonstration Equipment
• Writing/Updating Standard Operating Procedures
• Assist Service Director with Accreditation audits
Skills and Abilities:
• Computer Skills:
       Required: Windows, Office 365
       Preferred: SharePoint, Salesforce
• Familiarity with computer hardware
• Strong organization skills
• Detail oriented
• Problem solver
• Motivated
• Self-starter
• Easily adaptable to either work independently and/or collaborate with staff members from different departments
Job Requirements:
• AA Degree or equivalent experience
• IT customer service experience
